According to a report in Tech Radar India, Samsung has launched the Galaxy Tab Iris in India featuring iris recognition technology that is ready for Aadhar authentication. The Android device has been designed and developed in Samsung’s R&D center in Bangalore. The iris scanner is Aadhar, STQC and UIDADI certified.
